Gigi this is, unsurprisingly, a masterpiece. Any time that you and CFC work on something together, it not only amazes me, it inspires me to want to be a better writer myself. The way you bring such vibrant life to CFCs words is always so amazing, and the debauched thrills that this delightfully dirty duo dish out is always gonna be among my automatic go-tos for when I'm craving something a bit more taboo or purely erotic. From the start, the characterization is so incredible. I can feel the warmth and love that the speaker has from her husband at the start. She genuinely cares for and is passionate about her husband and wants what is best for him. It's why she's willing to go to bat for him in the first place, and it comes off as so authentic. This of course makes the following action and descent into depravity all the more debauched and depraved, and makes this such a deliciously guilty pleasure to listen to. The reveal that the husband has been lying about his performance, and the character's reaction to it is so real. Its just that slight tinge of betrayal. You can hear the hurt of the lie in your performance during that moment. And that presents that little crack in the armor of their relationship in such a believable way. UGH, and the way you play out the resolve buckling and breaking as the tension ratchets up is just unbelievable. The interplay of internal monologue and external bodily response is so... intoxicating. The way it starts off with 'I'm doing this for my husband" and is almost viewed as a chore, but quickly spirals out of control and implodes when she realizes how much *more* the listener has to offer is so delightfully invigorating in just the worst (best) way. That struggle to keep it together but with every passing moment being less and less able to do so is so raunchy and visceral. You really and truly did knock it out of the park with this brutal, gut wrenching downfall into acceptance of being a fucktoy. Your acting, as always, was breathtaking. I believe this to be among your most authentic and well performed roles to date. The editing was sublime! All the sounds were in perfect balance, and were all so deliciously decadent. From your voice, to the noises, to the environment, it was all impeccably composed together. Your creation of soundscapes is always amazing, and yet somehow it keeps getting better and better. As I go through your catalogue of stuff, I'm honestly staggered by how good you were in the early days, and yet you've still managed to make such giant strides over the years. Truly, truly impressive. And then the quality of the sounds? Mind melting. You could do a master class in foley, Gigi. So just.... absolutely flabbergastingingly stunning. Amazing. Amazing, amazing , AMAZING. Those sounds, blended with your absolutely phenomenal acting make for just an unconquerable combination. Gigi, you're an absolutely legendary VA, and this will definitely go into the heights of the pantheon that is your collection of astounding works. Thank you so much for this masterpiece.
