This recording starts of with a bit of game for the listener, try to resist being hypnotized for as long as they can, because it will just feel so much better for you when you finally do drop deep into trance. Once the listener is deeply hypnotized they are made to forget how to resist hypnosis making all future trances much deeper and more enjoyable. There are suggestions given that the listener will only forget how to resist being hypnotized around people they trust and they will not act out on unsafe hypnotic suggestions.
