Kokytos Hair with Ombre Accessory
🕑 Added 2020-11-01 09:12:00 +0000 UTCThis hair is derived from my ᔕTY᙭ ᕼᗩIᖇ as a shorter everyday hairstyle that sims can wear out and about in public without getting weird stares ;) mesh is brand new. The length allowed me to make working uv1 maps, so it shouldn’t clip around.

Kokytos is a branch of the Styx River that runs in the ancient Greek Underworld. On its banks is the gathering of souls who can’t proceed further into the land of the dead because they haven’t received proper burial. Their lamentations have granted the river its name, which means “River of Wailing”.
At first I kind of liked that strand in v1, and I felt like it gave the hairstyle a fun twist. Then I started thinking that it may look a bit weird, hence I made v2! In the end I came to think that v2 is actually the more versatile of the two, but I just can’t discard v1 because it is my baby too! It also doesn’t look *THAT* weird, as you can hopefully see from the previews.
