Offset fix for 4.2

Download and install as usual. Unzip in your migoto folder and let it replace old files
Party screen is still broken when more than one offset character is in it
a fuzzy effect can be seen around the model im researching what it might be
shadows fixed for high detail settings

f6 has always been prone to breaking. a good alternative is 0 then hold f9 and tap 0. let go of f9

For some reason this breaks F6 toggle for me and I don't know why
