I knew you'd like this, glad I could help you realize the polling mistake. Your after discussions are insightful, for me the best part, though there's often some fun from you during a film. 🥐 Hope you're feeling a little better. You are missed when the time between gets longer. 🤗 K.L.

OMG your first French film 😄, personally as a French I find it lousy as a film 😅, if you're interested I can recommend much better ones like for example "La Grande Vadrouille / Hibernatus / Le Cerveau etc... but not that “so don’t hesitate to ask me 😁

Wowwww I didn't know u wasn't from America that's awesome

I don't mind subtitles at all, especially when it's a Whimsory video. Stay well my friend!

I know of a website where you can watch the full movie for free. Is it ok to post the link or is that against the rules?

Chadddyboy

Glad to see you again🙂

Whimsory

I appreciate you watching! And thank you so much for your kind words--right back at ya!

Whimsory

Thank you, Raxas! I'm trying, and you too🤗 This movie was something else lol. Thank you for watching!

Raxas

Absolutely loved your entire reaction (as usual). Take care of yourself little one!

The area known as Montmartre is a hill (and the highest point in Paris) and is absolutely gorgeous and a must-visit area for tourists. Not remotely dodgy. However, immediately at the bottom of that hill is, running from west to east along a wide boulevard, the Place de Clichy, Pigalle and Barbès-Rochechouart. Place de Clichy is a massively busy junction, Pigalle is a large red light district (the location of the massively over-hyped Moulin Rouge) and Barbès is a poorer, deprived multicultural area. I wouldn't call any of them dangerous, but I have the luxury of being a large man. Your female friend may have understandably felt quite vulnerable.

I'm looking forward to watching. Its always a treat. I don't know what you're going through but sending you prayers and positivity.

Sorry to bother you, I heard from a girl I know that this place was a little.. hmm.. dodgy, let's say.. I think she said, she wouldn't have gone there if it wasn't for her huge love of the movie, was she just a bit dramatic, or is there any truth to her storie (until I'm told otherwise I want the records to show that I believe her a 99% until either her story is confirmed or denied... I'm really just curious if location was chosen for what has to have comed with a reasonable discount on rent of location if filmed in a dodgy neighborhood... Am I wrong?)

I moved to Montmartre, a couple of streets away from that café, the year after they filmed this movie. I often went to the café and commuted to work from that metro stop (Lamarck-Caulincourt). Happy days. Hope you're feeling a bit better. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need it.
