Fun fact about the rice balls sanji made, they are called onigiri and Zoro's signature move is named after so its cool they had him eat the rice balls from the little girl that were in the dirt in the first few episodes but its also a play on words with oni meaning demon and giri being a japanese core value of loyalty or a sense of duty

It's really hard to get in and out of the Grand Line, and it's not easy to navigate between islands *in* the Grand Line, so you can come across all sorts of different islands with different cultures! About Zoro, I this is the first time we see him fight without him being seriously injured. That's when you really see how strong he is.

Nami beating up the boys especially Luffy is the running gag of OP since she is really one of the weaskest fighting strawhat in terms of fighting abilities and strength.

Remember from the live action when they introduced Zoro he was up against Mr 7 trying to recruit him for a company called Boroque Works ~ but he split him to mr 3.5 and collected his bounty at the marine base. This was an SBS introduced and pretty much is canon which wasn’t shown in the Anime but here he mentions he was recruited. Goes to show how the anime manga and live action compliment each other well under Odas supervision

Nami & Zoro are the smartest of the bunch so far….as you can see why there was tension between them in the live action….(it’s also why many people thought they were flirting…they both are just similar)

The first guy Zorro was fighting in live action was Mr.7 from Baroque Works who attempts to recruit Zorro. It was only a side note in the anime, but they put the fight in live action.

If you guys are confused by something you can always go back at the end and double check some lines. It might become more worthwhile to do that over time as the overall plot becomes more complicated. Either way people will clear stuff up in comments if it's necessary 💪 I just want more!

Whiskey Peak aka early Zorro flexing. This is where the saga is really setup and launches off. Have fun breezing through Whiskey Peak. In every saga the hype builds from arc to arc where the end of a saga is explosives, impacful events. We already saw luffy make a name for himself in the East Blue and now with a crew he's a true force to be reckoned with. If only you could see them now with what they know, what they can do, all the connections and networks, allies etc.

Remember when Zoro is first introduced in the live action and he fights that guy (Mr. 7) and he introduces Baroque Works? In the anime when he says they tried to recruit him and he rejected it, that's what he's refering to EDIT: Welcome to the Alabasta Saga!
