I'm very late to the party but I do want to make a statement with no spoilers whats so ever based on what is known now (from manga readers) and based on what you guys have learned. Characters from one piece should not be taken at their face value whether they are good or bad (which should also be applied in real life because everyone has a story).

Mayumi tanaka as Luffy is so good! She has been voicing luffy for decades now(she is 69 years strong!) and in an interview that has been translated, she has said she wants Luffy to be her last role in the industry. Can you imagine loving a role so much, you are holding off your retirement to finish one last adventure decades in the making, she is such a legend. Even though you guys are on episode 466, I can fully tell you she is still going all out on Luffy's voice 800 episodes later. When "The One Piece" remake comes out and they inevitably get a younger cast for the voice, I will be very sad the day Luffy speaks and I don't hear Mayumi Tanaka.

Yes. H&J you will see once its haki. That scene was a reaction of all people there seeing how Luffy was talking to Whitebeard. The reaction reminded me you guys when told that Ace is Gold D. Roger’s son 😂

Just now catching up but wanted to make a quick mention. I’ve noticed your mics look like dynamic mics instead of condenser mics, so the sound only picks up from the top. If you tilt it a bit toward your face, it might fix any audio issues you have. Your audio is fine most of the time, just noticed you guys mentioning it here and there.

Okay, this probably has nothing to do with this upload, but it’s 3am, I’m buzzed on whiskey after a long-ass game of Rummikub with my parents (long story), and now I’m here watching this. And it just hit me, how insane would it be if you guys auditioned for two characters from One Piece and crushed it in the live-action?! That would be legendary! Hype hype hype is all I want to say about that!

You can really see how White Beard found his children during his first interaction with Luffy. White Beards love rambunctious bundles of energy and not much else really shows you how he found his kids and raised them.

Luffy, Zoro and Sanji have always ranked within the top 4, and Luffy has ALWAYS been the most popular voted character in the series. And the reasons are many, a lot of which you mentioned. He is perfectly imperfect! What's not to like?! ❤️

I love how Ivankov calls everyone "boy" like Straw-boy or Croco-boy . in my culture, there's no such thing as cousins, auntys, uncles, nephews, or neices. if someone is related to you, they are either your mom, dad, brother, sister, son, or daughter, so calling someone "boy" is strictly reserved for moms and dads to call anyone who is their son. makes me feel like the people Ivankov calls "boy" are the ones who are no threat to him... #Bon-boy lives on!!

As someone who has ADHD I could always tell that Heather displayed similar symptoms so it’s nice to hear some confirmation on that. Do not feel bad about it, missing small details, tongue twisting or even miss naming a character or two, just focus on having fun watching the show. You guys are awesome
