Great reaction as always. 😊 The Audio quality was a bit off. We can’t unterstand you as good as in the last episodes. And the sound from crunchyroll was a bit off too. You can hear the voices but not the music.

Lola is one of the General Zombies so her "soul" (shadow) belongs to someone. Whereas Absalom (Invisi-Perv) is a human that Hogback augmented and has the Clear-Clear Fruit/ My understanding is that a Zombie could not have a devil fruit since they are technically dead.

I am pretty sure that Moria Killed Cindry is my own Theory, I thought that after watching One Piece for the 3rd time lol. I think most fans look past the Hogback/Cindry story because its a minor story in One Piece. The only Cindry Theory I heard online was that Cindry is Luffy's Mom lol, which is just one of those things in the community were people see a new Female character and they just think that character can be the main characters Mom.

I love love love that Jason paused it early in the first episode! What a good idea--to stop and discuss or theorize (if you feel like it). Loving the flow of your videos more and more, guys. Heck, if there are big moments that you really enjoy (i.e. Robin's "I want to live") you should just scroll back after the episode is over and you're discussing it, to watch it again. Of course, you don't want absurdly long videos either, so the skipping of the Gold Roger opening is smart too.

It's why the old fansubs were the best even the unknown thing in shanks and whitebeard clash was a great secret because the translation wasn't just outright saying it, it was a huge mystery for me until the reveal and some of the words "official", subs say are just wrong or dumb for no reason.

I don't like the liberties they take with westernizing the subtitles. They change different parts into English phrases instead of sticking with the word for word translation. The most they should do is rearrange the sentence to be clearer on what is said. Apart from that, Absolom is human he's just been enhanced with animal parts. I don't think Nami would have been able to beat Absolom on her own, but we may never know.
