First time watching this movie for me too, guys! It was promising but fell through for me on a few points (some you pointed out too). Zoro's behaviour was way off character, despite the premise they made about the vow he exchanged with Saga. But I always must keep reminding myself that Oda is not directly involved with the first nine movies. The movies where Oda is listed as producer are 10 (Strong World), 12 (Film Z), 13 (Gold) and 15 (Red). For movie 11 (Stampede) he was creative supervisor. Happy 4th July to all of the nakama in the USA.

Something definitely happened in this movie haha! Something I wanted to suggest is that you guys should save movie 9 for the winter season since it’s a retelling of when Chopper joined the crew.

i disagree, just start it the way miura wrote it, it might be confusing at first but will be clear once u read the golden age arc so no need to start from golden age arc and then go back to chapter 1.

It's funny if this happened in almost any other ark y'all have watched, it wouldn't be as prominent. sky island and little garden would have been the worse this side of the grand line. This ark might be the one where it will be the worst though.

When starting Berserk start with the last chapter of volume 3 called “Golden Age” I bookmarked it, then do deluxe edition volume 2(the deluxe editions compile 3 volumes in 1, Deluxe Edition 2 is volumes 4,5 and 6 in 1). The Golden Age story arc goes up to Deluxe edition 5. I’m may seem odd but I believe it’s best to start Berserk with the Golden age arc then you should go back to the first volume and read in order.
