I like that they establish that Vice Admiral Momonga, is still a Strong character and is able to ward off Boa's power by stabbing himself in his hand. Also you probably don't remember but we have seen him before, He was in the line up of Vice Admirals doing the Buster Call against Enies Lobby.

Also, Gloriosa (the granny) has been mentioned to be a former Kuja Empress from three generations before Boa Hancock. When I watched this for the first time, I was very curious to know why she had to go live at the edge of the village and why she was being mistreated by Boa and seemingly shunned by the Kujas.

Boa is one of the Warlords, that's why the WG is not attacking Amazon Lily. In the past, no one could reach the island due to the surrounding waters having no currents and the absence of wind (calm belt), but the government has since found ways to navigate these waters (they use 'sea-prism stone' to coat the bottom of the ship as this allows them to become invisible to the sea kings/monsters - they are also aided by paddles to move around), although they are still dangerous and therefore they only do so if strictly necessary. Due to the agreement with the WG, should a Warlord be called into action, he/she must cooperate otherwise the Warlord title is revoked. The call itself being that, after Ace's capture and the announcement of his execution, the WG is getting ready to fight Whitebeard as he is expected to try and save Ace and in doing so, a war could break. Therefore Boa finds herself in a very delicate position. The vice admiral gave her a couple of days to make up her mind and he said he will wait, so that's a generous offer that won't be repeated twice. How will this end?

Totally agree with Reagans comments. Re play a crazy scene, a fight sequence, whatever all you want. Talk as much as you want. It's going to be harder and harder to not talk as the answers and reveals start fitting together like puzzle pieces.

I am not going to say specifics, but Heather had some good thoughts on a handful of things in this episode! (she may have been going in a direction that was correct/incorrect or just *interesting* but I liked the commentary) You guys can take *as much* time as you want during/after the episode to talk if you're feeling it. We love to hear it. Also, replaying scenes that are epic or contain super important information (like words/concepts you haven't seen/heard before, introductions of big characters like Boa Hancock, Marine/World Government things) is a good idea in my opinion. Also, if you're itching to know what happens next SO badly, just watch the next episode(s). Idk what you're schedule is like and how much you adhere to it daily, but if we got an extra episode or two Wednesday (even if it meant not getting the episode later in the week), just go for it. I'm not saying this time specifically, but something to think about for the future >.>
