I like the original although haven't seen the new version of fishman island yet. I think the original is worth watching and if the new one is fixed as much as they say it is and you care about the pacing difference. You may not be able to enjoy the current ark if you try to watch it later.

There is now a version of the Fishman Island arc, but it releases one chapter per week, and it's not good. It has too many cuts, some of which affect the continuity

Decken is a Fishman, but he is a Devil Fruit user, which is why he is in a bubble. I think you missed the part where the princess mentioned that he has the Mark-Mark Fruit

You can't do the new fishman island remaster episodes as its currently releasing weekly episodes and you've already past what it's adapted so far, Put simply: You'd have to wait til April 2025 for all the episodes of the remaster of the arc are out to watch it, you're better off just watching the normal version
