Also Jason is massively over estimating our new allies. Why would any of them go up there just to be put to sleep by Doffy's Conqueror's Haki? None of them even have it in the first place to contest him let alone only some of them I think barely have Armament or Observation. Anyone else besides maybe Zorro would just be a liability. Luffy knows he and Doffy are in a different league of power, speed, reaction time, and durability. Anyone who would go up there would just be a distraction at best.

Such an epic finale for Dressrossa!!! You guys are still my favorite channel out there. <3 I'll drop a few fun facts for this episode. First Heather was totally right when she saw Luffy's Devil fruit for a brief moment. It was put there to show you that those markings were in fact the same wavy pattern of his fruit. Second the flying was Luffy compressing his inflated legs and kicking out straight again like a piston. He was also using this for his arms to even further increase his striking power. Third his new attacks are all named after weapons and animals (Culverin a type of ship cannon, Kong Gun being a better Pistol named after King Kong, Rhino Schneider being a rhino and the prevention of scoring victory or points, and of course Python his punch that can repetitively extend and even change direction multiple times) Fourth he has had this in his back pocket ever since the 2 year time skip. Caesar and Hordy just didn't push him to the point where its use was necessary for victory. I love how Luffy uses all these different concepts of Physics, like elasticity, compression and more to maximize his attack power. It goes to show once again that Paramecia Devil Fruits may seem weak at first glance, but can truly reach incredible heights when used by a creative and battle smart person. Sixth this gear also fully incorporates his Armament Haki with his natural shock absorption, and elasticity without sacrificing his external durability.

When I first saw gear 4 I could not stop laughing. He looked so funny with his little legs bouncing. This isn't a critique at all, only Luffy could choose such a funny look to such a crazy power. It fits him well

Yeahh I agree with Jason there!! I always thought Gear Fourth design wise was a play on the big blue Nightmare Luffy (Offical Name) from thiller bark like that was the blueprint or smth Also did you guys notice how Luffy was talking about how he needed this bouciness for during his 2 year training? That implies he had fourth gear in his pocket since back then and hasn't used it till now probably bc none of his opponents had pushed him that far yet (Hordy Jones and Ceasar for their respective arcs). And even in this case you could argue he's ONLY using it because he realised he has to finish the fight quickly because of the birdcage time limit.

Welcome to fourth gear! Ok so got to ask have yall seen that form before on the internet but didnt know what it was? I asked because spoilers of One Piece are all over the internet even from the officla one piece pages and its understandable when new One piece reactors start the show they most likely seen stuff before. Also Color of Arms is a new term they will start using which just means Haki.

I'm glad that you guys finally see the fourth gear. As you know, second gear makes Luffy's attacks faster, but not too heavy, and third gear makes them heavy, but kinda slow. So now fourth gear is a mixture of the two, Luffy is super fast, while having the strength of the Hulk, Doflamingo is out of his league for Luffy in this form. I had the same reaction as Heather when I first read it, and I got chills again watching you guys. Last, I don't remember if anyone has mentioned this, but you might want to do a three parter for 731-733.
