A gust of wind once blasted my vehicle from the side while on an overpass and pushed me 3 feet to the right. I thought I was going to get thrown off the overpass for a minute. I've never felt a complete loss of traction/grip(?) like that before.

The other day I got asked which OP character is the hardest to write imo. I instantly said Luffy...I mean, you must be an incredible writer to create a character like him - stupid but clever, childish but mature, selfish but selfless....Luffy is a living oxymoron 😅

I wouldn't say that Luffy doesn't have an ego, I've liked to think that he isn't distracted by outward influences. Luffy has a focus for his ego and no one can influence that. You have to have an incredible ego to believe you will be pirate kings as much as Luffy and to be as selfish as he is. I think the only problem with ego is when other people are able to inflate and deflate your ego. An ego confined to your abilities and belief is a good thing, but an ego effected by others is controlled by others and such a person won't listen to others. PS in Japan I believe the crossing your fingers to form a barrier is part of a children's game similar to tag. So, if you cross your fingers there is a barrier and they can't tag you.
