What writing!!! Heather when my dad and I watched this arc for the first time and got to here I had the same thoughts as you as they ran after Luffy and Rebecca! And then by the end of the episode you realise through plot twist they weren't really mad at all! Perfect writing from Oda! <3 And with the Law and Sengoku! Omg that had me all emotional too.

Yeah, you guys saying the citizens were bipolar, thinking that their turning on Luffy forgetting what he did, only for their to be a twist that their trying to save him, is just a great writing.

Luffy is calling out his punches to give Fujitara a hint since he is blind. This is Luffy's sense of fairness in a fight.

I love Dressrossa's ending so much. It really sticks the landing once more. Fujitora saying he wishes he could see Luffys face was always nice to me.

Sengoku was talking about Law being the D in that scene not rosinate. Rosinate is a celestial by blood, if he had it then Doffy would be a D as well which is not the case lol. Also remember the navy admirals are the most powerful navy marines so yes they are stronger than doffy and the warlords. Fujitora just couldn't fight him under orders. Also congrats on finishing this arc, its only got get better from here!

Some of my favourite scenes are in these episodes! Fujitora saying he wanted to see Luffy's kind face, the people of Dressrosa helping Luffy and his allies escape, Law and Sengoku, and the 5,600 requesting to go under the Straw Hats' umbrella....peak scenes! (And you are thinking of Magellan 😉)

Love these episodes! Kyros and Rebecca having that moment was beautiful and following it up with getting to watch Fujitaro learn the kind of man Luffy is through their fight is just *chef's kiss*. So many good moments packed into 3 episodes
