You will find 2 versions of the dress in the zip folder - one of them is with the bow and the other is without.The reason i did this it's because of the position of the bow/strings and it was very hard to make it work perfectly with uv1 and with walking or certain poses its wonky and just doesn't look so good.I am very sorry about that and i tried to do my best to fix it but this is as far as the game allows it.That's why you can use both versions and see what you prefer!
