You might want "the last thing I remember is I *was having* a conversation with". "the last thing I remember is I have a conversation with" /is/ correct, but in this context it would mean that she has a *planned* conversation with Lyon, not she was in the process of having a conversation. (E.g. she has (or have for first person) a thing to do).
