ahh i love these episodes, they're always so fun! i always look forward to your going seventeen reactions, thanks for sharing with us :) and i completely get you re: Complex PTSD and ADHD. they're very similar in outward symptoms, but the way it's treated is different, so it's worth it to check if you have one or the other, or both, i think! i was diagnosed with the former years ago, but i'm currently in the processing of finding a place to be tested for ADHD (as recommended by my psychiatrist). and bc i'm in the US, that means making a lot of intimidating phone calls about insurance :\ which is why it has taken me months to narrow it down to three places T-T you're right, it's super frustrating bc i am a 31yo woman! who can't make decisions!! and has no energy!!! and wants to do so many things but gets overwhelmed so quickly by what seems like so little T-T hang in there!! <333
