Early: What happened day 1 in Seoul

I try to be as real as possible with you Lovelies and share my experience because it's something that I am trying to work through and it's just disappointing to me that it affected me that much when I've put so much work into trying to change my thought patterns and how mean I am to myself.
I didn't want to glaze over the fact that I am still trying to heal and this incident didn't really help but is something I have to work through with my therapist to hopefully use this experience as something that can help me work through my mental health difficulties.

sending a biiiiig hug!! i gained weight super rapidly in a period of my life when i had a severe concussion, had to quit my sport, and got really depressed. learning to have self confidence when the culture around you tells you the opposite is super hard, but not impossible. iβm sure youβll grow with this experience and hopefully therapy can help you with that<33 sending so much love and manifesting healing for you
