Patreon's sale tax?

but patreon told me to inform you guys that some of you may be charged a bit more for the monthly pledge...which honestly I don't know how much...

I see. and what about the country outside US? and conversion fee? an non US tax.....damn....that's so much I don't understand.

it confuse me a lot...and on creator page, is different than the supporter page....so I don't know what is changed...
Because we are "buying" the right to be your patreon we would now have to pay a "sales tax" for the right continue being a patreon. Sales tax in an extra % cost tacked on to all other fees when buying something by home state or country. Already know here in the United States we'll be paying it.
