as well as with the battle map, my troops won't increase past 394, which means I can't attack anyone

I believe you need to get your military strength up enough, then your general will demonstrate your army and you get access

I don't actually know how to get to the campaign map, I've done all the laws, is it unlocked with character stages?

I've send scouts over a dozen times to all regions, I believe Bafur is the region to actually attack right? Oh and the diminished thing was there from the start

Did you send scouts? Otherwise, your chances are pretty slim... (there should be a warning for that xD) and if you lose you´ll have to wait for your troops to recover.

Allright one more thing, I think the new side character is gained by conquering? But I can't attack, it keeps saying my troops are diminished even thou i upped my military strength to 360

I'm not getting Lela no matter how many times i walk through town, so I can't advance the new Fatima stages. Anybody else got this problem?

Yeah I actually hit the point where it says I've read every book in the palace so it looks like the button in general is just bugged.

It looks like the Work on New Laws button doesn't give any feedback when you click on it now. Previously it'd let you know if you didn't have enough intelligence to make a new law.
