I hope this is the last one but this hotfix should fix the issue of diminished troops indefinitely.
I switched up < and > in the code which caused the issue…
You CAN use previous saves like before.
Anyways here is the fix:

Ditto, send off the scouts, they just don't come back.

Same thing, I resend scouts, and it says after 2 days that they haven't scouted. If you launch the battle you loose

My scouts returned and revealed the weaknesses in Bafur's defenses so I click 'attack' and it says I haven't scouted enough. I click 'attack' as it is now the only option, and then I lose anyway and my army is diminished. The option to 'scout' never returns.

when I go to attack it says I haven't scouted the province, even though I did before this hotfix dropped, also I really am sorry we keep discovering issues
