The 2018 Roadmap

With the end of Dreams of Desire, it's time to polish things up a bit, finish up everything that I didn't have time to do, and of course tell you about what comes next.
So to get DoD out of the way: I'll be fixing all the typos and grammar, adding the alternate ending along with a general cleanup inside the game, and squash any remaining bugs. After that is done, I'll release the Android version.
Okay, so what's next?
You probably know about Porject Eden, the codename of the big project that follows DoD. However, there are some things you don't know about yet.
I'm happy to announce that this year instead of one game, I'm releasing three! At the bottom of the post, you'll find a roadmap for all the games.
So let's start with the first one down the line. It's coming pretty soon, early July in fact. It's going to be a story of 3 episodes in the usual visual novel format. I will release one of these a month starting next month.
The title of that one is
Dreams of Desire: The Lost Memories
It's going to be a bit of a prequel and a bit of a side story. The protagonist this time will be not the MC, however.
You will see through Tracy's point of view. This way I can tell you some thing that I couldn't in DoD because of the restriction of the main character's point of view. I'll answer questions like how did it all start with the Order, how did Tracy get the shard, and what happened to her during the course of the game while she was out all the time.
The main cast of DoD will make an appearance sometimes, but they won't be the main focus of this. This of course means new characters! I'm already working on them and so far I love the results. I hope you will too!
These episodes will be shorter than a regular DoD episode. I'm doing this for two reasons. First, because I think it was a good idea to show some aspects of the story from another angle and there are interesting questions that can be answered. Second, so that you'll have something to play each month until Project Eden's release. As I said, these episodes will be deliberately short, so I can make them fast and focus on Eden. Nonetheless, it will be a worthy addition to the roster of games, I think.
The second project in the timeline: Project Eden.
I think I'm starting to grasp the final title, but I'll keep it a secret for a bit longer, you know, just in case. And because I love my secrets. I'm telling this to the public who might not have seen any posts about Eden before. This will be a team effort, as it will be a much bigger and more complex game than DoD. Hiring for the writer position will start in 1-2 weeks, I'll make a post here on Patreon about it.
And the third project this year: Unnamed 2D Game.
A very creative title, I know. So you've probably seen the artwork of Mrs Turner in a 2D drawing. That wasn't a coincidence.
This game will follow a different format than the rest. It will have gameplay as its main focus and the hot and juicy stuff will be a plus. But of course, there will be tons of hot stuff ;) So teaming up once again, the artist who drew that picture is going to be the lead artist in the development. I'll also hire a great background artist, I already have someone in mind. Writing will be done by someone other than me as well. Let's face it, it's probably better that way.
I'll be responsible for the game design and directing the project overall. However, that game will be different than most of the games on Patreon, as it will be released only when fully completed.
Some other notes:
There will be changes to the reward tiers this month here on Patreon. I'll do it soon, and tell you about it as soon as I update them so you'll have enough time to adjust before the month's end. Different projects call for different rewards.
And finally, I want to thank all of you for the support I have received during the course of this project. I never would have thought that we'd get this far. Thank you for putting your trust in me and for the kind words I receive.

It's NOT complicated - in the opposite it's very simple: rules for all girls: - be understanding and kind - be always honest - don't be pushy special for Mrs. Turner: - don't buy the revealing outfit special for Alice: - she should believe in true love (during the spell at Marcus' party) - go with her to the ice parlor special for Tracy: - you have to be in her second dream special for Marcus and Latisha: - be honest to Marcus - don't use the spell on Latisha at the library I hope I haven't forgotten something important.

Did you know, there is a alternate ending (the "pregy" thing you mentioned above) but you can't reach this during the normal gameplay since it depends on a variable which will never be set during the game (alt_end). To get this end you should open the build-in RenPy-console by hitting [Shift]+[o] and enter there the following lines $ alt_and = True exit Note: If the console doesn't open, then Dr. Sin has deactivated the developer mode during the deployment of the official public version (I haven't tested yet). Second precondition you have to play to reach the perfect ending. EDIT: In the meantime Dr. Sin released a reworked version (grammar and spelling errors fixed etc.) and these version contains the alternate ending. You haven't to 'cheat' with the build-in console.

I can clue you in on happy endings for various characters or even the PERFECT ending. it is complicated to get the perfect ending but it is worth it.

look i want to ask that there's a slight problem your walkthrough don't help as much is i though because i seen some pictures where i have seen in the game and i have try everything i would put it on the community those pictures

Since the first prequel chapter is coming early next month, is it safe to assume that the final version of DoD with all the grammar fixes, alternate endings, and squashed bugs will be released before the end of this month?

I love the idea of the Tracy protagonist. Can't wait for this short prequel!
Never mind! Swapping skip to "transition" takes care of that. Just a heads up anyone doing same thing. I noticed a slightly annoying piece, in the second room to room sequence including TV with Mrs Turner etc if you go through them all but not the sunning sequence then the text will say to go see Marcus even if you've already been to see him and can't select him again. Changing that in that case to "I should check out what the girls are doing" or the like if you've talked to him already would help with some confusion.
By the way when you update DoD for the typos and stuff can you put in a stop point at the end game (warehouse probably, or end sequence), some fake decision, maybe just with a "proceed" button, simply for the purpose of skipping to it for folks looking for alternate endings after playing through stuff? As it is the last decision is Alice's footjob, skipping after that takes you out of the game entirely. This would be doubly appreciated if you are including alternate pregnancy endings.

Honestly, it's a bit of a shame that Dreams of Desire does not have a selectable female main character with more girl-girl because I'm pretty sure most people would play that.

this game is far more then just the sexy scenes. this is an emotional roller coaster that'll have you on your toes the entire time!! Bravo Dr. Sin. You've really out done yourself.
Spoilers Bad End is because Tracy dies, to keep her from dying just be nice to her and visit her dreams. In addition to that end and a corruption end (just be mean to EVERYONE, burn all the bridges), one ending for each of Mrs Turner, Tracy and Alice depending on which of them you are most favored with, with Mrs Turner overriding all the others if she's in the good end mode (if Tracy is alive then she's by default in positive so if you messed up the others you get her end, the others just rely on romance and kindness basically), and a perfect end that's likely the canonical end (as otherwise you get some in catatonic states) where everyone is in the positive state. My favorites were perfect and corruption probably equally, but I'm a harem aficionado.
Lewdlab's E3 presentation was way better and got me way more hyped than that of Electronic Arts.

how many endings are there in DoD ep 12 I've only found the bad ending and am quite confused how to get any of the others
