DoD:DE - Development Update #4

So I'm here to post a quick update and answer some questions that popped up.
But first, some news.
As you know, the sheer amount of animations in Dreams of Desire: Definitive Edition is damn high. When I thought back I really thought I had only made something like 140ish erotic scenes that need animation. Well, with the newly added scenes it's gonna be close to or maybe even over 400 animations.
Good thing is that the rendering is going non stop - that being said the I'm pretty sure we're not gonna hit March 12 as I originally intended, but that's okay. It was just a date based on the anniversary of the first EP release. Now I have the majority of animations completed there is enough queued up to render to keep the rendering workstation busy for weeks. I'll go ahead and work some more on DoD:DE this week for good measure and next week I'm starting work on Midnight Paradise 0.14 which is set to release in March.
Since it's clearly going to take a while to finalize everything with DoD:DE I don't want to leave you guys without releasing new content for so long. It's great that I can work on new scenes for Midnight Paradise while the DoD animations are "in the oven" on the other workstation, rendering.
I'm feeling positive about how things are going and I'm excited to getting back to releasing new stuff.
One more thing.
I have mentioned the localization of DoD:DE - meaning the game will be available in more languages than just English.
We have plans for German, French, Spanish Russian and Italian localization, but we could use your help with this. We've had plenty volunteers offer us their help with improving these languages on our Discord server, but we could still use more Italian and Spanish fans. So if you would like to help us with either of these languages, please join our discord and contact Risael. Thanks!

Now onto the questions:
- When will DoD;DE be released?
As soon as we have a Coming Soon page on steam I'll be able to share a release date. It's gonna take a while, but hey, ~400 animations ;) I can say for sure we're not hitting March. I'll update you guys about this as soon as the end is in sight.
- Are DoD characters being reworked?
No. I'm not intending to remake the game, just do touch ups and fix some things that should be fixed and add some more good content to it.
- Will there be an android version?
Yes. It will be released on Patreon along with the PC and Mac versions.
- Fetish related questions
DoD:DE will be keeping the already existing fetishes in the game while expanding upon them a little bit.
- Questions about the endings in general
Each ending type will be expanded, that means good ending, perfect ending, alternate ending, corruption ending and even the bad ending.
- Will there be voiceover in the game?
Some light voiceover work in the erotic scenes is on the table. If it makes it into the game you will be able to disable it if you wish.

I'm sure I speak for the majority of your supporters, but the way you consistently update us and keep us in the loop speaks volumes about you as a dev. I appreciate it so much and I cannot wait for your next release :)

Not sure how you setup all those animations as setting up takes longer imo... rendering is important yes but setting up... oh boi...

Hype train is on the rails, for both DoD:DE and MP 0.14!
Peronally I like it when the perspective of DoD. Not seeing the majority of the MC helps in my opinion. I do like the idea of the different story paths. Not sure if it a future project you would be interested but have a game to where there are three or more different personality you can create for characters. So basically you have the same models just to pose or generate different dialog due to passed set interactions

that makes sense about the characters not being redone. animations still look good. is the cum physics/appearance going to be updated to look similar to midnight paradise? i would really like to see at least the vaginas/anuses be redone to similar quality to midnight paradise as it was a big improvement too.
