Just a quick post to share some news about what's been going on this week.
Basically I have serious lower back pain issues. I thought it might go away after 1-2 days so I didn't bother posting about it, but it persists. I can only sit about 5 minutes at a time before my lower back starts to hurt pretty badly. Apparently I'm sitting too much in front of the computer. Duh.
So after not getting better even after 2 days passed, I went to the doc and got some medication and he told me it should pass with the meds in about a week, but he sent me to an MRI just to be safe, so I'm getting that done on Monday and we'll see.
I'm taking it easy for the time being and the pain seems to be improving. So of course not much has been done by me in terms of work this week, but the animations still keep rendering all day at least, so that's good.
Hopefully I'll be back to normal in a couple of days, just wanted to let you guys know why I missed the update posts this week.

Hey I take some organic stuff I got from Amazon that helps with inflammation called “zyflammend” from new chapter, I have sciatic nerve issues and it helps a lot! Take a look at it maybe it can help you doc. Take care! Great work you have made

I've alternated between standing and sitting desks for years and it has been very helpful. A great ergonomic desk chair is also very helpful.

May I suggest a standing desk. Working in construction since a kid my backs had it and this is a great solution

Damn, back pain is one son of a b...hopefully they don’t find anything serious from MRI’s. Anyway take your rest and speedy recovery!
I would invest in a standing/sitting desk if you can. A lot people at work, including me, have those now as a way to counter stuff like that because of how long we work at the office.
