Alan Carranza

my bro you recommend this model for generating anime-style images? Or is there a better one you've already posted?

Aitrepreneur

Yup :)

Bocodemy

5. … 6. Profit πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ Awesome. From Southpark? The underpants gnomes?

CharterisX

Update: I just installed python and git myself. Comfy and Manager installs fine after that.

CharterisX

Tried the debug version, both with and without VS on. CMD window opens; says installing GIT, coloured text 'opening webstream' with counter...runs for about 20 secs and exits.

Aitrepreneur

It's not a "correct" or "incorrect" version, it's an alternate version for people who have trouble running the normal version but I guess I could add it as well indeed, I just don't want people to be confused by 2 different installers

CharterisX

Sure. But you have the incorrect version published above? Why not publish a correct version?

Christopher Moonlight Productions

The answer was PowerShell. It was blocking it. Got it solved. Cheers.

Aitrepreneur

It's a bat file you know, you can edit the file and look inside...

CharterisX

Sounds legit...

CharterisX

Thanks. Put it up here on Patreon please. I don't download stuff off external sites

Aitrepreneur

Try this one: https://we.tl/t-UAog8cOG12

Installer doesn't work as above. I run it, it asks the NVIDIA question and exits. Sorry it's a fail.

Aitrepreneur

Try this one: https://we.tl/t-UAog8cOG12 Make sure you don't have any antivirus running as well

Christopher Moonlight Productions

As soon as I select B and run it, the CMD window vanishes.

Marco Santos

yes it has thankyou

Aitrepreneur

try this: Go to your ComfyUI-Manager folder located in ComfyUI/custom_nodes/ComfyUI-Manager Then open the config.ini file and modify the line: security_level = normal To security_level = normal- Save the file then relaunch comfyui.

Marco Santos

hi, install worked, but when i try to use the manager to install a model it returns "forbidden" and the terminal returns this: ERROR: To use this action, a security_level of `middle or below` is required. Please contact the administrator. i found a config.ini file that had this parameter and i changed it but nothing seems to have changed. hope you can help

Aitrepreneur

when that happens it's usually because of a bad initial python install, it can't find your python installation so it downloads the python installer. For this comfyui install it should be fine since it's a portable version but for other ai tools this might be an issue since you need to have the correct python version correctly installed (3.10.11 for example correctly added to path)

Eyes_Wide_Shut

My Hero!!! ComfyUI is anything but Comfy.. This will make the process a little bit easier.

ExZod

I run it, it says it's installing python, then the entire bat closes after it downloads python. I ran the installer, python is installed... and thats it Running it in cmd, it reports: failed to download python installer... even though it did download python installer edit: I deleted the python, 7zip and git parts (since I have them) in the bat and it proceeded

Aitrepreneur

you can simply use the already existing template for runpod here: https://runpod.io/gsc?template=ya6013lj5a&ref=w18gds2n

JCS

Can I start a RunPod GPU and just copy this in the 'workspace' folder?

Justin

Closing it and running it again the error didn't happen a second time.

Justin

RuntimeError: cannot schedule new futures after interpreter shutdown

Mr. Dee

Works like a charm:) Thanks!

Aitrepreneur

It's possible but since i don't have an amd I can't test that myself Unfortunately so I can't tell

Dudeness83

Is there an AMD option?
