Todd, I can say from a 3rd un bias set of eyes, that he is not being condescending, in fact he shows much more patience than I would with all super derp derps he gets from so many people. The internet, more specifically Reddit and the Reddit generation (which I assume you are of) is full of you giga Chads that would rather post and write comments and questions instead of google something for yourself, read something learn something or even get this, ask a damn LLM. Paste in your errors, try to talk to it a little better and I bet you get farther. Anyways, I'd say now I'm wasting my time but I'm am fully entertained. Werf iT

Hello, what HW requirements are to run image to video ? I have RTX 3080 with 16GB vram and 64GB ram and still getting OOM.. thx

one could argue 1_click_"solution" is false advertisement... so maybe you should stop being condescending! and i pasted walls of errors so others may benefit which they won't with DM... but yeah - I am the problem here.... how about you reimburse my Tier to me? then I'm gone!

What posts? I dont see every single comment that's posted that's why I say that if you need help asap you should DM me instead. Also I'm not wasting time this is literally my job. You could have gotten help if you asked for it like I say in every one of my videos remember "send me a DM..." but instead you took the time to write ANOTHER comment that I might not have seen either, yeah....talk about wasting time and energy doing useless actions.

so I spend my whole weekend trying every so called 1 click installer here on a fresh virgin original windows 10 with all updates and no firewall. (To have a clean Enviroment... ) None worked ootB. On this one - The Button to run the prompts is not there - reloading, new loading etc won't change that.... The Reason I went on Patreon (TTS) still is not working, even with all suggestions by the Creator. enjoy the 5 Bucks - I cancled.

Would that be true of the Flux models too or models that need 20-40vram? That they would run, just much slower? I could imagine that being useful to get higher quality images and just run the model longer to get better results?

It works, this error means that it can't find the Q8 version model and it's probably because you chose option 1 or 2 so it downloaded the Q4 or Q5 models, since the workflow by default chooses the Q8 all you need to do is click on the model name and chose the one that was downloaded

For what it's worth, I vote for your doing more Flux stuff and perfecting the workflows you provided last month. I still can't get the GGUF Imaqe Generation workflow to work with the sample prompt that you had embedded within it...I did absolutely nothing else to it other than try running it. I get this error message: Prompt outputs failed validation UnetLoaderGGUF: - Value not in list: unet_name: 'flux1-dev-Q8_0.gguf' not in ['flux1-dev-Q4_K_S.gguf'] DualCLIPLoaderGGUF: - Value not in list: clip_name2: 't5-v1_1-xxl-encoder-Q8_0.gguf' not in ['ViT-L-14-TEXT-detail-improved-hiT-GmP-TE-only-HF.safetensors', 't5-v1_1-xxl-encoder-Q3_K_L.gguf', 't5xxl_fp16.safetensors', 't5xxl_fp8_e4m3fn.safetensors'] Here's hoping your updated ones work.

I reinstalled the whole thing overnight with the oneclick install. did all the usual missing nodes, reboots and stuff. Success! Then I just brought in all the models from my FLux into the new comfyUI and it works

I'm running it fine on a 3070TI with 8 GB VRAM and 32 GB system RAM.

Weird, but yesterday, the nodes were missing, today, the nodes are present and functional. Thanks!

That is possible, unlikely but all you can do just use the 1click in a new folder and do the same approach see if that is a problem with your current install or not

used the 3.5 model bat. Updated all ComfyUI. Installed Missing Nodes. Updated Comfy UI. Reboot ComfyUI. Refresh browser. Restart PC. Same issue. Make new workdflow then reload the mega workdflow json. Still hitting the same issue. I don't really want to do the one click install for the whole comfy UI as it's working fine for my flux models. It says the issue is with the checkpoint, I've got the 3.5_large.safetensors in the checkpoints folder in comfy UI after running the SD3-5MODELS-INSTALL.bat inside the ComfyUI_windows_portable/ComfyUI folder Could the file name length have anything to do with it? A:\AI\ComfyUI\new_ComfyUI_windows_portable_nvidia_cu121_or_cpu\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI

you sure you got everything set up correctly and everything was downloaded and you updated comfyui?

the unoptimized model is like 20gb but the gguf ones are like much much smaller (I saw one that can do 4gb vram apparently?) but no matter how much vram you got it will work, it will just take longer

Thank you for this! Worked perfectly first time through. I'm amazed that SD still has mutated hands, too many fingers, after all of these "improvements". In some cases I think FLUX is still doing a better job. I guess we'll see where these continued progressions take us.

Yeah that was happening to me. Aitrepreneur is right. Try F5, then clear the workflow and reload the json file. Don't just reopen the json file, clear it first by starting a new workflow then reload the json file. That worked for me.

"Install Missing Custom Nodes" is empty. Also when json file is loaded again.

Always the same issue whenever you load a brand new workflow, read the patreon post. 1. Update comfyui 2. Click on "Install Missing Custom Nodes" and click on the first small checkbox to select all the nodes and then click install. 3. It will then ask you to restart, so click on that restart button, wait for the webui to reboot 4. Click the refresh button (F5) 5. If the message is still there but all nodes are installed, just clear the workflow and reload the json file inside

I have a similar problem to the above. After updating a long standing ComfyUI installation and rebooting, ComfyUI Manager can't find the missing nodes listed above. Is there a link to these nodes for a manual install?

it's just a new comfyui ui, it's been moved to a small floating bar at the bottom that you can more to wherever you want

yeah I know that's what the step 5 is for, it's just comfyui being stupid, everything is installed correctly but it still display the error message, just clear the workflow and reload the json file again into the webui

I installed to my pre-existing build. Everything seems to work, but the add to queue buttons are gone from the top bar, I have to use the control+enter keyboard command to add to the queue. Is there a way to add it back? I dug through the settings and couldn't find it.

Hi Aitrpreneur, Thanks for the quick reply. I did that and it worked great on your FLUX tutorial. However once I get to step 2 there are no missing nodes to install. But every boot it calls out those nodes as missing. I go to the "Install Missing Custom Nodes" and nothing is there to install again. Not sure where to go next

After using the batch files to install Comfy UI and updating then installing missing nodes I still show these nodes are not found. However the manager "install missing nodes" says there are no missing nodes. I have only used your batch file and updated Comfy ui from the manager.
