1-Click INSTALL SILLYTAVERN + TTS + COMFYUI

Where I showcase all the best way to get the most immersive RP experience ever! AND with my new workflow, you'll be able to generate transparent gif/webp animations with different character expressions!

The installer of course automates the entire install process for the webui!
You will also find a 1-Click installer for the Chatterbox-TTS-Server webui that you'll need to run if you want to have the best TTS inside sillytavern with voice cloning.
As well as a 1-Click installer for Comfyui wan 2.2 for local and runpod.
SILLYTAVERN LOCAL INSTALL
Download the SILLYTAVERN-INSTALLER.bat
Run the bat file
It will then start the install, then it will asks what to do, from there press 1 then press enter
Wait for the install to start
It will ask if you want a Sillytavern desktop shortcut, say y then press enter
Then press y again and enter to start the launcher
Then press 1 then press enter to update and start sillytavern
Once the install is done, the webui will launch automatically in your browser and there you go😎
FOR THE CHATTERBOX TTS SERVER INSTALL:
Download the TTS-INSTALLER.bat and place it in the SillyTavern-Launcher\SillyTavern folder
Run the bat file
It will then ask if you want to install with CPU or NVIDIA GPU, highly recommend using the GPU, I haven't tested the CPU version so press 2 then press enter, this will start the install.
Once you need to use it, go to the SillyTavern-Launcher\SillyTavern\plugins\Chatterbox-TTS-Server folder and run the Start.bat file to start the webui. Then in sillytavern, in TTS, select the chatterbox option and enable it (follow the video)
COMFYUI WAN 2.2 INSTALL:
LOCAL INSTALL!!! RECOMMENDED TO START FROM SCRATCH SINCE YOU NEED THE LATEST COMFYUI TORCH VERSION
Download the WAN2_2-EXPRESSION-COMFYUI-MANAGER_AUTO_INSTALL.bat
Run the bat file
Wait for the install to finish
The webui will launch, load the WAN2_2-IMG2VID_TRANSPARENT_WORKFLOW.json file and there you go😎
DON'T FORGET TO GO UPDATE COMFYUI BY GOING INSIDE THE UPDATE FOLDER AND RUNNING THE COMFYUI UPDATE BAT FILE!!!!
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE COMFYUI INSTALLED USING A PREVIOUS INSTALLER:
Download the WAN-EXPRESSION-MODELS-NODES_INSTALL.bat and place it in the ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI folder
Run the bat file
Wait for the install to finish

IF YOU GET AN ERROR WHEN LAUNCHING COMFYUI AFTER USING THIS INSTALLER SAYING "AssertionError: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled" it's ok don't panic.
Just go inside the python embedded folder, click on the folder path, type cmd press enter, this will bring the command prompt window and there type:
python.exe -m pip uninstall torch
python.exe -s -m pip install --upgrade torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu128
--->replace cu128 by your cuda version (if you don't know your cuda version just open a new cmd window and type nvcc --version it will then tell you at the end Cuda compilation tools, release 12.8, V12.8.93 or something different like 12.6, in that case just use cu126 instead of cu128)
IF YOU ARE USING RUNPOD:
Create an account if you haven't already: Runpod
Click on Pod (on the left side) then click deploy
Choose a GPU with at least 24gb of VRAM (4090 is best), click here for the comfyui template (aitrepreneur/comfyui), then edit the template and choose 80gb for both the container and volume disk, then deploy on demand
Go to my pods, wait for everything to finish and then click "connect", then "Connect to HTTP SERVICE port 3000" and click on the manager to update comfyui and restart it
Then go to the port 8888, go inside the comfyui folder and then drag and drop the WAN2_2-EXPRESSION-RUNPOD.sh file on the left side of the UI then click on the "Terminal" icon on the right side on the UI
Copy and paste these two lines then press enter:
chmod +x WAN2_2-EXPRESSION-RUNPOD.sh
./WAN2_2-EXPRESSION-RUNPOD.sh
Wait for everything to be installed
Go back to the port 3000 and click on the manager and restart it
Load the WAN2_2-IMG2VID_TRANSPARENT_WORKFLOW.json file and there you go😎
Also use the command:
tail -f comfyui.log
inside the workspace/logs to get the real time logs so that you always know when the install is done. It will then ask you to restart, so click on that restart button, wait for the webui to reboot, click refresh once it's done and there you go.

man this really SUCKS. where is the json file im supposed to pick in webui? WAN2_2-IMG2 ?

tts installer may need an update or require some extra steps. I've installed and setup Python 3.11, 3.12, 3.14 (tried each version) I've installed cmake since it required it (got past that error) I've tried many things and I still end up getting the following at the end - seems I can't get past this point right now, ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (onnx)

I've been trying for two days with ChatGPT's help trying to use the tts installer. Nothing seems to work for me. Would love to hear if anyone else is getting it to work. Every time I correct one missing dependency another one arises.

Hmm I'm getting an error when I try to run chatterbox using nvidia. It works if I choose the cpu option but its very slow to process. I have python 3.10.11 installed. I'm thinking maybe it could be because I use a 5090. Not sure what to do.

Hello could I get some help with installing the Chatterbox webui? I've been following the video on getting SillyTavern up and running, but at 42:10 when I try to run the installer, I get an error message as shown in the linked picture. https://imgur.com/a/K93IFzq As a result, I get no start.bat file at around 42:55
