Main Menu Art
🕑 Added 2016-02-27 12:12:36 +0000 UTC Stranj has started on his first drawing which will be the main menu art. Here are two concepts he drew up. We're leaning towards doing the bottom one because we feel that it reflects the intimacy, along with the isolation and loneliness of Echo. The team is also working on a new UI along with new music to go along with it.

That would be pretty sweet. Or maybe if the second one is picked, you can have something creepy randomly appear in the background. Like maybe a silhouette of Chase (like the one Leo told us about) just standing there in the back, watching them.

Yeah, definitely the bottom one. By the way, have there been any character portraits with the new sprites? I don't remember if you revealed what the new sprites are gonna be.

Had you considered the menu being the photo that Leo takes of the group on the first day in the motel? I always kind of thought that was supposed to be the menu.

I kind of think that I'm honestly digging the top one more because it's closer in on the characters? But the second one certainly looks fine too.

Ooooh, neato! I can't decide on which I like more... They both appeal to me in different ways. Although I'll have to agree that the second does fit the theme best. Also Leo looks like a donkey in the first one, which amuses me to no end...for some reason.
