I always pictured this scene from behind of Chase like in 2, but I really don't like that his reflection is not in the same posture as him.
You could do 2 illustrations, like the image 2, but the in the middle of the dialogue the reflection starts smiling like 1. Doesnt cost much to re drawn only the face, and the scene gets the best treatment. That is if there's a close 50/50 vote, and people can't chose.

#1 gives the perspective of the hands coming together at the mirror, and that almost gives the appearance of something trying to leave the reflection, which I dig a lot. I voted for 1.

Really like the perspective on #2, but we so rarely get a chance to see Chase's face, seems a shame to waste an opportunity.
