I just finished Adastra today, and I totally loved it. When I found that there is a sequel to Adastra, I immediately came to check, and finally I can play, at least, the Prologue of this game :D Thank you so, so much <3

I just finished Adastra today. Part of me is still sad that I didn't get to see Marco and Amicus reunited and that was only worsened (not in a bad way, more just a narrative way if that makes sense) by seeing this. I still loved it though and will be back for more. It already has the makings of another great story.

I haven’t played what’s been released yet, but I look forward to. However I hope they will consider another VN after this which we are playing from the humans perspective. I don’t think I’ll personally have as much connection with this one since I don’t get to play as myself. I just hope the creators will just consider making one with the human again. Plus I personally think it would be Interesting to see the humans work on earth.

After this visual novel pleas think about doing one from the humans perspective again. That’s what made adastra so personal to many. Just pleas consider it

There were parts of the prologue that were... a bit confusing? Like, since when are the wolves 'sexually liberated' after the whole plot point of Amicus' homosexuality being taboo? And the text seemed to go back and forth on whether the protagonist and Neferu had done this before (and why Neferu would suddenly be making the offer now if not). Still, I'm excited to see where this one is going!

Please please please put a content warning before any play through of the game. I personally suffer from PTSD and that event triggered some dangerous things for me. I had no warning whatsoever and was not able to stop it from happening. Unfortunately my family had to deal with the consequences of those triggers.

Excellent writing, visuals, and music as always. Even if it has the advantage of building off of Adastra, it's pretty good that it's got me this invested in a brand new POV character already. Can't wait to see more! Also, I love how some of Amicus's new expressions feel appropriately different from the him of three years ago, but some expressions look just like back then. You can visually see him briefly slipping into his old self between the moments where he tries to give off a different vibe as emperor, and it's fantastic.

Don't forget that the Echo characters aren't humans. The mine entity definitely seems like it could be the same thing as the Other, but either Echo takes place on a different planet than Earth, or they are actually just two separate universes with similar but different antagonists.

I am wondering how the Echo stories the mine - will key into the Adastra series. The Adastra universe is threatened by the nihilistic Other, darkness, and the Echo mine clearly has a nugget of that implanted in it. Might the Parents be interested in Earth as a key to attacking the Darkness. Fun to connect Amicus up with the fanboys of the TV show: Carl's horns would take an extra turn.

Other questions I forgot to ask also is 1. Why is it American and British diplomats being infected by the Adastran Pox? Marco went to meet the EU Commission in the end, I don't see how American diplomats could be infected at that meeting and 2. Isn't Scipio that guy Amicus had a brief affair with, but everyone found out and the Emperor had to banish Scipio and his family to Ancoris?

Some spoilers, so be warned reading this comment. What a great start. I started to get all emotional seeing some familiar locations and familiar faces even though it’s only been a few months since Adastra ended. Coming into this one, I figure this one is gonna focus more on Neferu, but I’m happy we’ll be seeing Amicus as well. With what’s going on with Marco, or us the player from Adastra, I wonder if it was all planned or it was created due to everything going on in the real world. Quite sad to hear about his troubles, and it broke my heart to see Amicus so upset by it. I KNEW the parents were up to something, not once have I ever trusted them. And that ending...ohhh boy I have no idea wtf just happened. I cannot wait for the next update, the hype was real for this sequel. Amazing job everybody!!!

Loved how it started out, so far a good story line, a lotta cg’s, and an Easter egg of wats been going on, only noticed a couple of spelling mistakes/ errors, but so far the story has me intrigued to c more.!

Interesting start, curious to see how this will develop. Slight spoilers below. I like that the scenes are more dynamic and visually match the text. I think the writing could use some double-checking as I've had to re-read some things to understand what was being said, though considering it's a prologue you guys were probably rushing to get it released on time so it's understandable. Playing as Scipio is different. Adastra was a very personal experience since you played as more or less a self-insert and got to experience events as yourself, you got invested because you were there as events were unfolding. Scipio is a pre-defined character who is now experiencing the aftermath of those events, so when he talks about "the human" it felt like someone else was talking about "me" (as in - the player character). I don't know how that feeling of it being a personal experience will be preserved considering this. Even if we should view this as a spinoff, I hope there will be an ample amount of development in the human's/PC's story as that's what got me invested in Adastra in the first place. I do very much appreciate a new cast of characters, but I guess I would just like to see more feel-good moments regarding the human considering Adastra's bittersweet ending. The tl;dr here is: you played with my heart in Adastra so please be gentle, lol. Looking forward to future updates, good luck!

Out of curiosity, how do you pronounce Khemia? Which syllable is stressed? Where are the hard vowels? I've been saying it a few different ways and they all sound wrong.
