If you don't mind, what kind of significance does the IRL echo have to your tribe? Does it share any comparable similarities to the game's Echo? I also find it satisfying that there is in fact a Payton, UT in that same general area as well; albeit different to the descriptions of the story's Payton.

They never specified where exactly Echo was, just somewhere in the southwest. I'm sure the ambiguity is to protect the Echo team from "Imperial Entanglements". ;-)

Did the authors live in echo Utah? I’m actually native to Utah and have been to echo numerous times because of its cultural and historical significance to my tribe and state. Just wandering it’s known for some real creepy paranormal stuff among us Utahns! 😅

I followed The Smoke Room before I ever tried echo. TSR is a prequel so its fitting. But the impact of the references in echo hit a bit harder I think, because of it.

WOW...finished leo's route, now running thru Jenna's, I cried when Sam was killed. Been following The Smoke Room....Didn't expect to have that reaction to Sam's death. Its kinda strange. You go thru these stories and get attached to certain characters. But these are horror stories..good ones to be sure. But that being said, never expect happy endings with horror

Man crazy update. Shame to see Leo so broken up but it seems hes getting a bit better. Really cool to see the Route 65 connections finally! What ending is the Chase and Leo art from? I haven't seen that one.

A part of my thinks there might be another route being the "Chase" route, where on monday he just heads off on his own. The reason why i believe that is because that way there would be six routes and six is a very prevalent number: six main characters (Chase, Jenna, TJ, Leo, Flynn, Carl), six side characters (Micha/dinner lady, Raven, Julian, Kudzu, Dax, Sydney), six characters "bad" characters (Brian, Heather, Clint, Duke, Jermey and Micha/Kieth), six VN'S (echo, TSM, new sequel game, route 65, aswell as Adastra and Kemia because i theories about the universes being connected.), and a few more thing's probably not worth mentioning. But one could argue that Carls route could count as two,and i guess that would be a fair arguement.
