The Smoke Room is a horror/romance VN set in a small desert town in the year 1915. It is a standalone prequel to Echo.
Moving to the town of Echo was a bad idea. Trusting someone he barely knew was an even worse one. The Smoke Room tells the story of Samuel, a sex worker in the town's biggest brothel. After making the biggest mistake of his life, Sam will struggle to keep it a secret. He comes to realize however, that doing so might be impossible...Echo itself seems to know what he's done, and it's not keen on letting him forget.
It includes sprite art (and the promo art above) by 0rang3 aka Cody and additional main menu art by Kardamon.

Question: Will The Smoke Room give any spoilers to Echo, it being a prequel? I'm curious because I haven't caught up with all the current routes on Echo yet.

Good Evening Echo Project Team, i have to congratulate you on not only producing a Story that is thrilling and well written but too do it four times (Astra, Echo, Route 65 and now the Smoke Room) all with in a short amount of time, that is a huge fete and you all should be proud of what you have achieved. Being captivated of what the town Echo holds where it be in the past or present im looking forward to seeing how the smoke room unfolds more of the story and how and if we are able to put this worn out town to rest. I am enjoying the older demographic of the characters in the smoke room as much as i grew close to Chase and the Gang i find it hard to get involved in a younger main character. Again a huge congratulations on the new launch.
