Is breathcontrol necessary for meditation?
Nothing is necessary for meditation except focus with awareness and no thinking. So anyone can do it, regardless off physical abilities ☺️
One side note: I have no clue why my butt is twitching in the second part of the clip, except that my phone overheated 😂😂😂
