SO MY IDEA FOR THAT ISSUE:
I sent an e-mail but I doubt they will response within a decade. So we will wait until it's fixed. I have list of all those patrons who paid for packs. You can't see that list but I can. And I have all your e-mails. If the problem is not fixed till the end of a month, I will send pledges manually.

Hm, I am actually missing several packs, I had wondered if it was an issue with my payments going through? Maybe this is why.
