if you pledged this month, you hadn't been charged yet, because patreon charges only on 1st of each month. So you will be charged in the begining of september

Not yet. Packs are always sent out before the end of the month. Sometimes it's 20th sometimes 25th and dates around it. This pack will be also sent out to all those who pledged in july
