Both, both are good. It does help to understand the pose when you have the lines, but it also helps with the visualization of the end result if you have it like on the right.

While I love the lineless one for myself, I feel like the angle lines are beneficial for everyone and are overall more helpful for a wider range of folks :)

Personally, I like the perspective angle lines; it makes for a good reference in regards to the flow of the body. Especially for those just beginning or those who are struggling with limbs, the visual aid is very helpful.
