🕑 Added 2021-06-15 12:46:39 +0000 UTCSo been a while since I updated on what has happened to the game, rest assured I have not dropped it but I can't say I have worked ferociously on it either, let me explain.
I was stuck with a 16+ commission queue since march and was entering the final 2 months of my uni semester, in these 2 month I had to complete 4 projects and have 10 exams plus 3 presentations all for the end of may, now usually this is fine, I can manage this like I do every year, But I know had something extra to also worry about.
I had 5 hour part time job and also decided to go to a doctor and get my meds looked over, that was a mistake, and I had a stress breakdown at the start of April.This is and many more issues is the reason I decided to stop working on the game until I can at least get done with 1 of these things. and uni is now done for the next 3 month so I am going to work in finishing this game in that time
now excuses aside, what have I been doing with the game?
well first I saw my code and it was a mess, so I went back to the whiteboard and decided to make 2 diagrams to help me plan out the game better, I know it isn't something that you would say "hey that's a good use of your time" but I needed to get the idea into an actual plan and not just code willy nilly others will say "well why didn't you start with this before?" and to that I can only say that my amateurism and ignorance is to blame.
Anyways this is what I'll be working toward to:
- 1-finishing all 3 poses and the pose switching mechanic
- 2-Adding all the normal clothes to the 3 poses
- 3-Making the Caress/whip mechanics for all 3 poses
- 4-making the sex scene animations for the 2 new poses
- 5-making the dialogue tree and the lust/masochism mechanics
- 6-create 3 unique sex animations with 3 new clothes
- 7-A gallery menu where you can skip the gameplay and go straight to the sex scenes if you have unlocked it
Anyways sorry for the silent treatment I hope I can get this done in these 3 months if not the start of the next "hopefully last" semester, next update will have everything from the last one but with the three poses already done and hopefully with the caressing options on each.
