It's a completely custom enemy that'll be a part of the updated Priestess boss fight. I might send make an mini-boss/Collector-esque version of this boy to wander around the Crypts, though. He'll be getting some "special" animations that I'll want to show off outside of his boss encounter.

I forget. Is this gargoyle the same from the base game just with added sprites or a completely custom enemy along with Priestess?
