WIP Sketch 2 - Priestess Boss
🕑 Added 2021-07-30 20:00:05 +0000 UTCHey there, Halftilt here with a quick update on the Fallen Priestess Boss.
Our artist has added some line-work and coloring to the character -- we'll be getting two versions of this character as well (one with the nun's hood and one without). After this combat pose is finished then I'll start working on cutting it then getting it animated.
The entire fight will also be getting some major changes in the future once the new sprites are in for her and her companions. I want to make this fight more immersive in order to give some flavor to the Priestess and Knightess, that I feel is severely lacking. Similar to the Foredoomed One, I want their backstory to play into their encounter. And I'm hoping to achieve this by letting their personality come through by giving them opportunities to show off their new lewd animations -- with each other and with their two-donged companion ;)
And considering their state of undeath, I want to give them the opportunity to re-appear as the result of certain events (similar to the Shrieker or Brigand Vvulf).
In the meantime I'll likely reduce their HP and remove some of the "grindiness" of this fight in an earlier release.

Yeah, I'm really happy with how she's coming along too and I would love to see her as a skin or even her own class! As it stands now tho, I'd need to get a lot more animations commissioned for her. Creating bosses and monsters requires fewer sprites and I can get pretty varied with them (since I can control how they interact with other monsters and bosses, and as you saw in one of her sketches, she's going to have a s*x anim with another monster). I'm gonna keep making these bosses and monsters with all of the support you guys have been giving me. (honestly it wouldn't be possible without it!) But if I were to reach my next goal, then yes, I'd be able to reasonably commission the additional animations needed for skins or custom classes as NSFW as this lady here.

I love it, but i also feel sad. Its a design I'd love to have seen made available to us for our own vestals. Would that ever be a possibility? Am very excited for the release of your first character class, and would love to see more attention to our own roster (i.e new graphics sets for our characters in the vein of what is being shown for the fallen vestals)
