The Masculine Mutant Man: Ghostbear

A celebrity to be sure, but only in certain circles. About a year after the mass mutation that altered so many of us, I was still feeling unsure about myself and my place in the world. Anyway, I was depressed a lot of the time in those days, but I remember hearing through some friends about this underground mutants-only wrestling group who called themselves the 'Mutant Wrestling League.' They would travel around the city and do pop-up, one-night shows in warehouses, auditoriums and the like. They proved that we mutants could have a great time together, have a place to belong, and forget the worries of our everyday lives for a little while. I followed his directions to a gym in an alley downtown which had a closed sign hanging on the door. "Well you know now!" The big bear said and laughed. "Anyway, we can talk about that later! You want me to get fully nude or what?"
"How can I say no to that question?!" I nearly yelped in reply, but then composed myself. "Actually, I'd love to get some of you in your costume first, maybe hanging out the side of the leg or--"
"Got a better idea." Ghostbear said and then, with one of his curved claws he sliced open some of the material at the crotch and over his belly. "Now it looks like it happened in the ring!" "We both are." I replied. "And listen, if circumstances were different, I'd want nothing more than--" He raised his paw.
"Keep coming to my shows, give me your applause, cheer me on, and hey, bring your boyfriend too. I want to size up my competition!" The polar bear said with a playful growl.
"You're on!" I told him, before we said our 'good nights' and I headed out to the street.
