By the time Tear was created, BTS had been working non-stop, touring, and constantly being in the spotlight. They were under immense pressure, both professionally and personally, as their fame grew exponentially. Tear has become so special to me because it reminds me of my own challenges and how music, like theirs, can help us heal and grow. V shared hat there were moments when he felt like leaving the group due to the overwhelming emotions he was experiencing and that he cried with JK. JK also said in the Japan FC Magazine years ago about the year 2018: “Last year there was a hard time that I faced both personally and as a team. Because I felt like ‘I was the one who spread that kind of atmosphere,’ I was sad and drinking alone. Then the hyungs came to drink and cried with me... I'm so happy I met such great people.” V and Jungkook ultimately decided to stay, finding strength in their bond with the other members of BTS. I‘m glad that they are happy now. I can’t even imagine how they felt.

This reminded me of a scene from their documentary where tae literally said “regardless of my relationship with the company, I re-signed the contract to see the members smile” since he didn’t want them to be upset anymore :(
