At the end of the game there are going to be multiple outcomes, some happier then others. In the next update there's not going to be any medical confermition. But it's possible that you're going to have a chance at it.

The render speed varies (for some reason, the renders in the animations exceeds the ram limit, which makes the process faster). But I'm optimistic, and things are proceeding smoothly enough.

I’m not sure about the duration, but in terms of images, a regular update includes around 200–250. This one, will have at least 750. And if everything plays out as intended, the update should be quite... satisfying.
