Dear Bonfire, this is a short story, and cramming too much content into a limited space is not conducive to your control of the story's pace. As the saying goes, you have to give up something to gain something. I think you should start by writing the story from Levi's perspective because I believe most of us have experiences and feelings similar to Levi's. We all hope to have a friend like Dachi. Writing from his perspective can better immerse the readers in the story and create a sense of resonance. You could then try writing from both characters' perspectives to explore their understanding of youth, love, or friendship. The movie "Flipped" might be a good reference.

We needed the clarification into Dachi's mindset. Otherwise it could've opened the door to Dachi not being a great person. This was a good idea and I'm glad you gave us the opportunity to hear from him. Now suck the dick!

Levi is so fuckin adorable. I hope Dachi is being genuine here, even if it doesn't turn out to be his thing. At least they did it with someone who they knew wouldn't be tempted to use this against the other somehow. 🙏 I also don't see how flipping perspectives would be jarring? I've seen many comics do it, just don't do it for like 2 whole pages, just a few cells. Showing what each are thinking. I think we generally know what Dachi is thinking, even just based on his expressions and actions. You can tell they're both nervous, unsure, yet willing and excited.

What do you view as high art? I don't see medium or subject as a limitation or disqualifier to what can be considered exceptional art. Or a limitation to its value. So! The fact that the main climactic point of the story you're creating is an erotic moment between two friends doesn't determine its quality or its value. Your use of artistic techniques and emotional storytelling are captivating to a lot of people, if the comments here are any indication. Your anatomical prowess and use of sexual interactions are captivating as well! If you feel that making some 'high brow' art would be a fun challenge, then go for it! If you feel that you're failing somehow because you enjoy making comics with erotic scenes, then stop it! You're very good at what you do and it's obvious you've worked hard to get here. Personally, I enjoy reading your comments about decisions you made or are on the fence about making, or about what you would do differently in the future. This comic can be one sided with a focus on Levi and that's okay! If at some point you want to revisit it, you could do something like the reverse, where we only get Dachi's POV. Anything goes! Haha Much love ~ 💜

I am just figuring you are waiting to release an April 1 page where Levi tentatively gives Dachi's dick the teensiest little taste... and Dachi basically explodes Scary Movie style. The next scene is EMS trying to revive Levi who has been knocked unconscious by the Jizz Tsunami while Dachi is arrested for fouling the reservoir with one million gallons of TigSpunk.

Hey, i love your comic and i really want you to know that what you do for sure is high art! Don't downplay it just because there's some sex involved. Erotic literature (and i believe comics to be literature) is a thing too and it's no less deep nor profund than it's non erotic counterpart. It just explores different topics, like sex, love, reliationships and so on and they are no less worthy of exploring than, i don't know, let's say the topics of morality or power or whatever we are used to associate with great literature. I don't know if i made a good job of explaining that but i just really want you to feel good with what you're creating especially when it's really worth it.

I think it's natural that it's Levi-centric in terms of the POV? It always felt like exploring Levi's feelings about Dachi since the beginning. And a lot of what we the audience can glean from Dachi is shown by his actions more than anything. That said--it is nice to get an opportunity to see how the tiger feels about whether this is a heat of the moment or as Levi put it, "out of pity". Neutral storytelling has it's place, but it really depends on where you want your audience's eyes at.

I love this comic because its wholesome, it creates depth into the characters, shows who they are, their motivations and how they deal with things. Having these vulnerability moments is very important imho. A porn comic can be found anywhere, but a masterpiece such as this, which values its characters and cares enough to give them a well-thought story and personality is quite rare. I truly truly can't explain how much I love this comic for these reasons, and I can't wait to see where it leads to. You're doing great!!!
