I wanted them to have a sort of breathless realization that transcends "thinking". A kind of animal and pure state of mind where overthinking things can ruin the moment... but it felt strange to have a page without dialogue and I am not sure in my art enough to convey the sort of mindset they have, haha.
For the time being, I will put both up here. Hopefully with the context of the next few pages, I can decide which is the "final" page by the time I upload to social media.
Text and effects-free versions, as well as HD versions, are on their respective tier as usual.

I would not have drawn this position if they weren't mostly underwater, haha. Awkward positions become way easier to maintain.

Right now, it seems like I can only tell what Levi is thinking. I really hope to see things from Dachi's perspective in the future (I’d like to see Dachi speak more in this comic).I think I LIKE the dialogue one.

Thank you for such a thought-out reply! I still enjoy the dialogue-free version a lot, but I feel much less regret posing the dialogue version too. I think how the page flows, with the added context of later pages, will be what ultimately decides which one makes it in.

I agree that Levi is a person with a delicate and sensitive inner world.His internal conflicts and struggles need to be portrayed through some psychological descriptions.If I were him,I would be torn at this moment as well—whether to seize the moment for an all-out sexual encounter to completely merge with Dachi,or to maintain restraint and proceed gradually.Of course,after watching the plot once,the version without text is more suitable for us to project ourselves into it and savor it carefully.

I think the dialogue reinforces the emotion rather than detracts from it. From the way you composed it and the fact that's it's internal monologue, it feels like the words could be more like some narrator in his mind helping us (on the outside) understand. A panel with his expression contemplating what to do in the middle there would have messed up the flow like you were afraid to do, but to me the page with the little bit of dialogue help for us readers feels great.
