Here is Defending Lydia Collier v.0.16.1, the Achievement Update!
Update Only File (Drag and drop in your "DefendingLydiaCollier/game" folder)
Android:
Using the Android version is now different due to the file size now exceeding the 2GB maximum for a single APK.
The App is installed or updated normally with the APK file. The Assets (the RPA file) are to be moved manually either to /RenPy/org.defending.lydia.collier.the66/game for Android 11 and newer or to /Android/data/org.defending.lydia.collier.the66/files/game for older Android versions.
However, after starting the app a message is shown with the destination if the assets are not placed correctly and the destination folder is created also if not already present.
Change Log:
Adds in 54 Achievements to the game, each with a corresponding unlockable image!
Adds in new content with Tiffany, Sophie and Vanessa, totally just over 500 renders, including Tiffany's phone and the group's return from the island.
Many bug fixes and quality of life changes to the earlier days to make the game more replayable and the computer less intrusive, this include persistent flags for finding information on the PC, and warnings when a choice will take you off a character's path.
Adds in missing content with Stephanie on Sunday and during the motorway stop if you've dated her before.
As I mentioned with the beta I got a bit ahead of myself and set myself an enormous amount of work to do in a week, and I unfortunately didn't manage to finish it all for the new deadline I set. Rather than more delays, the last outstanding thing, Steph's hard drive, will be released next week at some point when I've finished all the renders for it.
There's a lot of coding changes, so you may encounter bugs, if you do please contact me on Discord (link in game menu) and I'll fix them as quickly as I can.
For Achievements, please start a new game! They are not retroactive.

Getting a fresh download of 16 did it - I had been applying the new .rpa updates step by step since 15.6 Thanks!

Can you tell me what the line of dialogue is when you load your save so I can have a look if there's any errors with the code? When you say redownloading them, have you redownloaded the full thing or just the individual updates? If you've just done the rpa files if you can download the full v.0.16 update ( https://www.patreon.com/posts/defending-lydia-101902216 ) and then update it using this file, and that should fix the problem. Saves are held locally so you shouldn't lose anything.

Yes, that's the end of this update. The Player will now be back in the UK and all the paths will rejoin for Monday, v.0.17, which will advance the story for all paths and join everything back together, ending the "per character" updates we've had for the last few.

No errors, and it doesn't go straight to the end - just acts like there's not any new content and declares the end of 16.1 when I get to where (any) of vanessa's paths previously ended. I assume it's an issue with the incremental updates (or something I or my PC did to them), but re-downloading from this or the previous post doesn't solve it.

Sophie's folder on Tiffany's phone has the password "Mum", the others will become available as the MC gets clues to them on Monday.

That shouldn't be happening. What happens when you load them, does it go straight to the ending, or you get the Steph error? If it goes to the ending, can you try rolling back a few images, resaving, reloading it and then see if that fixes it please.

My game version shows 16.1, but none of my vanessa saves lead to new content / return from the island. Any ideas?
