Be still my beating heart! I love your Achilles so much. I love how tender he is here, while still having that playful/lustful side (talking about Pat 'riling him up' talking about the prince, 'just wait until Pat gets his hands on you'). I headcanon Achilles as a very tender sort of dom, wanting to build Zagreus / the prince up. I imagine he might get quite stern if the prince was self-deprecating - that he would insist on the prince learning a better view of himself and his worth - perhaps insist on him repeating some of the praise that Achilles/Pat gives him. I got the sense that your Achilles found the prince being cheeky as quite an encouraging thing - I mean, I think you need to have a certain level of comfort with someone to feel safe being cheeky to them, right? He seemed almost to enjoy it.
