I've loved your Astarion audios so far, and this is no exception! He's so bittersweet (and *so* bad with emotions). So, here's a suggestion: You get hurt and he feels like it's indirectly his fault (maybe you took a hit meant for him in battle, or maybe you were off without him trying to to find something to help him). Let's face it, he wouldn't handle the combination of guilt & fear very well, so my guess is he'd try to pick an argument (and then apologize once he gets over himself), or he'd try to convince you to leave him to protect you (which, yeah, no, that wouldn't fly). So, bratty Asterion with or without reverse comfort would be my suggestion. Can be as SFW or NSFW as you like.

This was fantastic as always!!! If you're looking for more ideas for him here's a couple off the top of my head! Reverse comfort after Tav had to be revifify-ed after a fight, like a "Of course I wasn't worried!" But he absolutely was. Beach episode but it's just Astarion realizing he can go in running water again with some skinny dipping based wholesome NSFW. Late night sleep aid by the fire maybe? Like (and this is totally headcanon) maybe he knows some of the constellations since he could only go out at night and he tells us about them idk? I'm not really into the whole Ascended Astarion route but I know lots of people are, so maybe a slightly too possessive Astarion with a royalty/worship kink and his consort listener. This is probably a bit more than you were asking for but I love him lol
