I always struggled with how a feelings confession with Cassius would go as I couldn't work out why romance for him seemed complicated, as I was recording I was thinking of making him demiromantic and then then as I kept recording I just realised he's aromantic. I hope even though it's the speaker who's aromantic that this could be comforting to aromantic listeners. And I hope I did an okay job talking about aromanticism as I'm personally demiromantic, and I've not made an aromantic OC before but it just clicked, this is who Cassius has always been and it makes a lot of sense looking back.
Based on Patreon requests. viktor f. asked for "this is my first time commenting on one of these posts (yay!) but i think another cassius audio would be super cool! i'm thinking mayhaps something along the lines of being out in the field, listener protecting cassius from whatever is attacking, cassius getting to see listener bark orders at other knights and be all in control of the situation... only for them to totally crumble when in private. i absolutely adore their dynamic, and i think getting to see cassius help his knight come down from the high of fighting and adrenaline and the whole "oh my gods i could've lost you" thing would be fascinating!", Louis asked "Also I would love one with Cassius where we have to comfort him after being ambushed during a journey and him having witnessed actual bloodshed for the first time."
