I don’t see that kind of rep in any media even though it’s a pretty small detail. it was the same way with my boyfriend, in fact we didn’t kiss till months into our relationship. there’s nothing wrong with waiting awhile to kiss or even not kissing at all. The fact that Ambrose keeps seeking Arden out (and vice versa) is so sweet, I can't with these two!! I feel like I've said this a lot but I can't stress enough how much I adore these two and the way their whole backstory is being delivered. It's very intriguing and keeps me coming back for more and I really love how parts of their personalities that are stronger in the present (or where the reader is involved with these two) are shown to start out. Like Ambrose being a natural flirt and Arden still wanting to protect Ambrose but not to the point where he oversteps any boundaries or makes him feel uncomfortable. And hearing Ambrose confess to Arden and how you delivered that line? AMAZING 10/10. I'm so here for it.
