Thanks for the feedback, I've actually fixed this sketch up a lot since I posted it here and most of the changes you suggest have been taken into account. I'm looking forward to posting the complete version soon.

Looks pretty good to me so far. The only way I could say more is if I knew which stage of vore/digestion Shantae is at. e.g: Part-way through digestion. If she's JUST ingested someone though, you may wish to make the stomach bigger/fuller, depending on the pred/prey size ratio, perhaps even giving her some pudge around the hips, thighs, and butt, if that's your vore/unbirthing style.
